We want you to be happy! If you are not, please let us know. If you are still not happy, save your money – here is how.

If you signed up for a monthly account your credit card will be billed monthly. There are no contracts. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee.

If you signed up for an annual account your credit card will be billed once for the year. You may cancel at anytime and receive a prorated refund. If you cancel within the first 30 days we will refund you 100% of your charge.

Billing Policy

All payments are due on the account statement date. The account statement date is typically the date you signed up for service. This can be found in your PRO Account Dashboard. If you provide wantandfound.com, LLC your credit card information, you authorize wantandfound.com, LLC to automatically charge your credit or debit card for charges that apply to your account. Recurring charges will be posted to your credit card until such time that you cancel your account. You are responsible for directly updating, or notifying wantandfound.com, LLC, of any changes to your credit card (including, but not limited to, card number, expiration date, billing address, and card status).

Accounts that are thirty (30) days past due will be automatically suspended. All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you will be liable for costs of collection including attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our services, and you notify wantANDfound.com, LLC in writing, via email or postal mail, within the first 30 days of account activation that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount. If it is after 30 days of account activation you will receive a prorated refund of the contract amount. If you are on a monthly billing cycle, you will not be charged from your next billing statement onward (e.g., if you are billed on the 1st of the month and you cancel on the 15th, you will simply not be billed again – no refund for that month, but also not future charges).

If a refund is due, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please contact us at cancel@wantandfound.com.

Cancellation Policies

Below is the cancellation policy for wantandfound.com, LLC.

Digital authorization

The easiest and most common method of submitting an account cancellation is by doing so via email to cancel@wantadnfound.com. You may also simply downgrade your account to a FREE version and we will stop charging your credit card. Because this method requires authorization with username and password, this is the preferred method of cancellation.

Postal Mail or Email

wantANDfound.com will also accept account cancellation requests in writing which are submitted via postal mail or email. For security reasons, the following information must be included with a cancellation submitted in this manner:

If any of the above information is absent, the cancellation cannot be accepted. No other methods accepted.

To safegaurd against unauthorized account cancellations, no other means of cancellation will be accepted. Under no circumstances will wantANDfound.com, LLC accept an account cancellation over the telephone.

Customer Data

After cancellation is verified the account will be removed and all data associated with the account will be lost.
